Saturday NM High school football round up

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – There were two, week six high school football games in the Metro area on Saturday afternoon. At Wilson Stadium, it was a battle between the Manzano Monarchs and Piedra Vista Panthers.

Manzano would come out on top 14-7, with the help of track start Jordan Byrd who scored the Monarchs second touchdown on a 46 yard run.

The Game at Milne Stadium wasn’t as close, as the Del Norte Nights received their first win on the season blowing out Rio Grande 50-0.
