Close call for family after car bumps into house


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – One Albuquerque homeowner is thankful to be alive after a car nearly ran into her home Sunday.

It happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Rio Grande and Indian School.

Lisa Lujan and her family were inside their home when they heard tires screeching, and then they felt the house shake.

Lujan and her family are all safe and no one was injured. Albuquerque police say the driver experienced a diabetic seizure.
