CARLSBAD, N.M. (KRQE) – Carlsbad Caverns needs your help doing some fall cleaning.

The park is inviting volunteers to become “lint-pickers” to help clear out the dust and debris that builds up as thousands of visitors trek through the caverns each year.

The cleaning runs November 8 through November 10, and participants will get a ranger-guided tour of the caverns.
