In the Kitchen: Village Inn

John Christopher, Director of Operations at Village Inn joined Carmelina and Chad in the New Mexico Living Kitchen to give everyone a sneak peak of new fall menu items.

Christopher demonstrated shredded corned beef hash and eggs breakfast coming soon on Village Inn’s new fall menu lineup. It consists of caramelized onions and marinated potatoes, topped with eggs.

Christopher gave a tip on how to make these beautiful eggs – the secret is: the lower the temperature and the longer it can cook — the better consistency it will have throughout the eggs.

Village Inn offers fundraising through their pre-loaded gift card programs, which eliminates a lot of the red-tape which can be involved in traditional fundraising.

Also is Free Pie Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. a free slice of pie with the purchase of any meal.
