In the Kitchen: Dairy Max

New Mexico Living was in the kitchen with Sara Robbins, Registered Dietician with Dairy Max.

Robbins demonstrated how to make cheesy potato soup using a mix of fresh whole ingredients.

More importantly, Robbins discussed why it is important to sit down together for family meals, “Because it has life-long benefits for our kids, and really, it comes down to child development, and also family unity. And it’s more than just about nutrition. So families that sit down for meals – they not only do better in school, but they have better mental health. It really impacts the family for life.”
