The fair is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Expo New Mexico.
Montessori ONE World Festival
Enjoy live musical performances, a cultural costume fashion show, face painting, henna art, beading, cultural heritage booths and cultural dishes from around the globe on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
BARK in the PARK
Pet Paradise would like to invite you to the annual Bark in the Park to benefit the Organization for Specialized Care in Animal Rehabilitation on September 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Olympus Park in Rio Rancho.
Downtown Albuquerque Walking Tours
The free walking tours of downtown Central Avenue are on Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and meet at the corner of 1st & Central in front of Tucanos Restaurant.
Pojoaque River Art Tour
The Pojoaque River Art Tour is a tri-cultural experience of artists living in northern Santa Fe County. Held September 17th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the tour includes homes and studios from Pojoaque Pueblo to San Ildefonso concentrated along County Road 84 and Hwy 502.
Santa Fe Renaissance Fair
Clan Tynker and medieval combat, jugglers, live entertainment and dancers, also vendors, kids’ games and delicious food, drinks and mead on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sisters Paint and Wine Gives Back
Sisters Paint and Wine is giving back! A portion of ticket sales for their Saturday afternoon classes from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. through September will go towards providing art therapy for foster families in the Albuquerque community.
The King has decided his son must marry to fund his “royal” lifestyle, and creates a TV reality show in which the Prince has one week to pick a bride from eligible contestants, which include Cinderella’s step-sisters. The show starts at 2 p.m. and another show at 7 p.m.
A Parasitological Journey
Naturalist Series takes place from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Bachechi Open Space, it awakens the senses to the natural world through intentional observations and discovering the extraordinary Bosque ecosystem.
Cine Magnífico – Albuquerque’s Latino Film Festival
¡Cine Magnífico! starts at 6 p.m. at the National Hispanic Cultural Center and at the Guild Cinema. The program presents modern cinema in a weekend-long program, featuring work by first-time filmmakers and established masters alike.
Adventures at Bachechi: Animals of the Night
Evening sights and sounds are abounding in the Bosque! Join Cottonwood Gulch staff in an exploration of the senses beyond sight from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The Gavones of Philadelphia
World premiere – Set in Philadelphia – a comedy – an Italian American family – combining funerals, bookmakers, a bank robbery, family loyalty and disloyalty, embezzlement, family secrets and food, lots of food! Happening Saturday at 7.30 p.m.
