Local tea room set to celebrate Moon Festival

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea service to celebrate the Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival.

The Fragrant Tea Leaf Boutique is hosting an educational tea experience focusing on authentic tea traditions and cultures from around the world.

Guests will be served a three course tea service that showcases traditional Asian flavors with a contemporary twist. Along with the tea service, there will be a short cultural talk by the boutiques proprietor, Robin Scala.

The Moon Festival will be held at the boutique located in Nob Hill at 3207 Silver Ave. SE on Saturday, September 10 form 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
