ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Police had to close off an Albuquerque neighborhood Tuesday because of a suspicious device. Police destroyed the device.

APD says someone called to report it around 11:30 in the morning at the intersection of Garfield and Bryn Mawr in Nob Hill.

There’s no word yet if it posed any danger to the neighborhood but the bomb squad blew it up as a precaution.
