John’s Monday Afternoon Forecast

A cooler and wetter week...

It’s shaping up to be a decent week for more showers and storms across the state. A weather disturbance will continue to work across the state Monday afternoon providing a good chance for showers and storms. The higher terrain will be favored, but the valleys will also get in on a decent round of showers.

We get a little break on Tuesday with fewer storms, but another disturbance will slowly cross the state Wednesday and Thursday providing good moisture and lift. Storms will linger across the state through the end of the week. Expect a drying trend through the weekend and early next week as a ridge of high pressure builds in.
