It is the best of a pie and cobbler all in one. Andrea Schulte from New Mexico Pie Company was in the New Mexico living kitchen Tuesday with instructions on how to make a peach cobbler pie.
Schulte says simplicity is what makes the pie the best. This peach cobbler pie features local, fresh peaches, cinnamon, ginger and a streusel topping.
One easy way to peel the peaches is to cut a slit in each piece and submerge them in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Then shock the peaches in ice water and the peels will come right off.
