The Flash Flood Warning for Albuquerque runs until 11 pm tonight as the heavy rain is now moving south into Socorro and Valencia Counties. It continues to be very important to stay away from the arroyos and to not drive through water covered roads. New Mexico will see more scattered storms with flash flooding becoming a huge threat as we head into the beginning of the upcoming week. Temperatures will also take a tumble with the added moisture and rounds of afternoon storms. Highs will be at average or even below average with one of the more active week’s of storms we have seen across New Mexico in quite sometime.
