Chris’ Sunday Evening Forecast

Monsoon moisture will continue to move in to western and central New Mexico for the beginning of the week.   This will trigger rounds of afternoon scattered storms for the first half of the week.  The farther east you are, the less storms you will see.   So the Eastern Plains will continue to feel the upper 90s and triple digits.   Albuquerque and Santa Fe will have the chance for storms for Monday and Tuesday.   High pressure will rebuild over New Mexico by Thursday and Friday. This will usher in some drier air and limit afternoon storms to the higher terrain.
