ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Academy graduate Curtis Beach came into the last day of the Olympic Trials for the Decathlon in 10th place. Beach would struggle in the discus and javelin, but would win the 1500 Meter Run, which is definitely his strongest event. His final time was 4:12.13.

  1. Ashton Eaton- 8750 total points
  2. Jeremy Taiwo- 8425 total points
