Alex Bregman continues to impress

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Former Albuquerque Academy star Alex Bregman just continues to have a great showing at the minor league level. Bregman made the jump to AAA Fresno on Thursday and had a great outing in his AAA Debut.

Bregmen went on to get four hits, five runs, and three RBI’s in Fresno’s 23-3 win at Salt Lake. Bregman may make the transition to third base, but as of now for Fresno they have him playing shortstop and batting second in the lineup.

Bregman’s four-hit performance marked a season high, as he batted .297 with 14 home runs and a .975 OPS in 62 games with AA Corpus Christi before this promotion.
