ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Police say they are looking for a man accused of stealing two expensive show dogs, they’re dubbing him “Cruella DeVille.”

Lawrence Chavez is accused of stealing the Boston Terriers from a woman at an Albuquerque motel.

It happened last week when Susan Krouse, a California woman, was in town for a dog show.

According to the criminal complaint, Chavz stole the dogs from her car as she was loading up at a Motel 6 near Tramway and Central.

The dogs are worth up to $4.000 each, but to Krouse, they’re worth much more.

Krouse is offering a reward for the dogs return.
