John’s Tuesday Afternoon Forecast

An active setup...

A cold front will continue to sweep this state Tuesday afternoon. Winds in Albuquerque will gust up to 40 mph through the evening and into the overnight. Scattered showers will continue through the afternoon and evening across much of the state.

As the storm dives in, even more cool air will drop into state with our next storm system. This will keep showers going across the state Wednesday. The Northern Mountains will even see some accumulating snowfall above 9000′. The storm exits Thursday, but showers will continue across the east while skies clear west. Temperatures quickly rebound into the upcoming weekend with more sunshine. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
