John’s Wednesday Afternoon Forecast

Moisture sneaks in this weekend...

A cold front will continue sweeping across eastern New Mexico, cooling temperatures there through Thursday. Despite the cool down east, temperatures will remain on the warm side all week!

A ridge of high pressure will slide over the state over the weekend, warming temperatures even more. Though highs tend to lock out moisture, this ridge isn’t particularly strong. Some moisture will sneak in under the high through the weekend. Expect a few scattered showers west and central early in the weekend, then central and east late in the weekend into early next week.
