Albuquerque police: Man’s disappearance possibly related to homicide

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Police are trying to find a man whose disappearance may be related to an Albuquerque murder.

The Albuquerque Police Department is asking for the public to help them find 29-year-old Celestino Lopez. APD says Lopez was last heard from on Monday night when he told his girlfriend he would be going home but he never showed up.

According to APD, Lopez’s disappearance my be related to a northeast Albuquerque homicide.

Police say Lopez has access to a silver four-door Honda Civic with the license plate KID-5725.
