All ages walk benefits National Kidney Foundation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The second New Mexico kidney walk is approaching. It’s all to benefit the National Kidney Foundation.

Proceeds will help to provide education about kidney disease and free kidney screening.

Pre-walk events include kids races, face painting, music, vendors, contests and much more.

The distance of the walk varies. Anyone is welcome to attend, there is no age limit.

To participate, head over to the Veterans Memorial Park on Sunday, May 15. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the walk starts at 10 a.m.
