Lobo Baseball Drops 2nd straight game in Tempe, AZ

UNM Baseball

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Lobo Baseball dropped their second straight game to #27 Arizona State on Saturday night.

They went on to lose 7-4, being out hit by ASU 16-10. They tried to make a run late, as they trailed 5-0 in the seventh.

Dalton Bowers would get the Lobos on the board in the seventh with an RBI Single, then Chris DeVito would make it 7-2 in the next inning with a solo shot his 13th homer of the season.

The run was a little too late though as they drop their third loss in the last four games.

UNM is now 30-15 overall on the season, and will wrap up their series in Tempe on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
