Santolina meetings set to kick off

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –The next round of hearings regarding the controversial Santolina development kick off this week.

The nearly 14,00 acre community is planned for the west side between Atrisco Heritage High School, the Metropolitan Detention Center, and all along Central and I-40.

The first of four scheduled meetings will be held on Wednesday.

It’s set to address the development’s transportation plan, which considers what roads must be built to support the overall project.
