Albuquerque citizens participate in active shooter response training

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Active shooter response training was held at Moutainside Church on Saturday.

Instructors with Global One Defense went over four different active shooter scenarios and taught citizens basic defense tactics.

Instructors say things like this are happening more frequently and people need to be prepared.

Trainees KRQE News 13 spoke to say they feel better prepared if the worst were to happen.
