Closing Albuquerque business donates food to Joy Junction


ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – On Friday, Joy Junction received a generous donation after an Albuquerque business closed its doors.

It’z Family Center on San Mateo near Montgomery went out of business earlier this week after nearly 10 years in business.

The company gave the shelter food, including 140 pounds of ground beef it could no longer use to help out.
