Trevor Story is making baseball history

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)- Trevor Story has his own piece of baseball history. The Colorado Rockies shortstop became the first player since 1900 to open his career with home runs in his first three games. The overall record for most home runs to start a season is four.

That is where Story is at the moment. Last season, Albuquerque Isotopes’ fans got a chance to watch Story display his talents. As the Isotopes get ready for their season opener on the road at Tacoma Thursday, the question is who will be the next big star going up to the big club to shine like Story?

The Rockies won their game against Arizona Wednesday 4-3. They also won the series two games to one. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
