ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A couple was arrested in connection with burglaries at several Albuquerque businesses.

Detectives say DNA evidence found at a T-Mobile store led them to 32-year-old Shawn Kneip. They tracked Kneip and his accomplice, 27-year-old Alicia Calderon to a home near Wyoming and Copper.

There, Albuquerque police say they found over $20,000 worth of stolen items.

Police arrested Kneip just last month when they say he left his wallet at the scene of one of his burglaries.
