Mark’s Thursday Night Weather Report

Storms Are Not Done With Us Yet

A quiet and breezy Good Friday will take shape throughout the state. Highs will top out in the mid 60s with mostly sunny skies. Saturday looks far more intriguing. Storm system will clip across the northern portion of the state and collide with a back door cold front over the northern mountains and northeast. The result will be heavy snow in the northern mountains. We could even pick up some measurable snow in Union and eastern Colfax county. The storm will move out quickly and by Easter Sunday we will enjoy sunny skies and temps in the 60’s.

Next week looks promising as well. A trough should set up across the state leading to the chance for more storms.
