ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Monday is National Cereal Day. So what are some of the favorites?

It depends on where you live.

Ranker released the results of its poll showing Frosted Flakes coming out on top nationally. Cinnamon Toast Crunch was a close second and Lucky Charms was third.  Honey Nut Cheerios and Fruit Loops trailed behind too.

The group also divided favorites state-by-state.

In New Mexico, Lucky Charms takes the top spot.

While cereal sales have been falling in recent years, the poll shows 92-percent of households purchased at least one box in the last year.
