Amber Brown eyes Invicta FC title

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)- Amber “The Bully” Brown is a New Mexican that resides in Moriarty.

The 27-year-old will fight Ayaka Hamasaki for the Invicta Atom Weight title on March 11th. Brown holds a professional record of 6-1 now riding a four fight win streak, with 3 of those wins coming by submission.

Amber has had a great camp training out FIT NHB here in Albuquerque, and she thinks her all around skills and intensity will get her this title. She owes a lot to her gym which really built Amber’s career from the ground up.

“I just started training at the gym after I had my daughter, just to get into shape, and I started out with boxing and then decided shortly after to give MMA a try, and I ended up loving everything about it,” said Amber Brown.

That fight is going down March 11th in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass. Brown knows a win here would be huge for her career.

“I think honestly that when I beat Ayaka I will be in the pound for pound rankings. She’s really tough so it will be a good test, but I can beat her. I am excited”, said Brown. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
