Warm temperatures and dry conditions will continue across the area through Friday. The east side of the state will cool down a bit on Thursday only to see temperatures jump back up again by the end of the work week. Our pattern begins to change over the weekend as a trough kicks through the northern portion of the state. This trough isn’t a particularly strong one but it will signify a change in our overall weather pattern. A much stronger storm will dive south into New Mexico on Monday. We could see a series of storms following that one through next week.
