ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused of murdering Albuquerque Police Officer Daniel Webster wants to know who told on him.
Davon Lymon is facing federal gun charges in connection with the murder.
Lymon’s attorney has now filed a motion asking the court to require the government to reveal the identity of the confidential informants in the case.
His attorney not only want the informants’ name but their address and phone numbers and exactly what each of them said.
He also wants to know what deals these informants are getting.
Lymon, a convicted felon who should not have had a gun, is accused of shooting and killing Officer Webster during a traffic stop in October.
The judge has yet to rule on the motion.
