Local restaurant details Albuquerque’s Restaurant Week

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The late winter’s tastiest annual event has kicked off for it’s seventh year.

New Mexico’s Restaurant Week has begun.

Sunday, February 21, was the first day of culinary celebrating. Participating restaurants will be offering multiple course dinners starting at $25 for two for casual dining and then anywhere from $20 to $40 per person at fine dining restaurants.

Elvis Bencomo of Pasion Latin Fusion joined KRQE’s This Morning team to discuss what he has in store for next week for Albuquerque’s Restaurant Week. Watch the videos above.

The celebration will conclude in Albuquerque the week of March 6th.

In additions to the incredible dining, Restaurant Week provides rare opportunities to learn new culinary skills, interact personally with talented chefs, and go behind the scenes of popular restaurants.
