Durango man displays tiny house at Expo New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – For those looking to downsize, the nationwide trend of living tiny could be a solution.

Greg Parham from Durango creates a variety of unique tiny homes.

He was at the Home Remodeling and Landscape Show on Sunday at Expo New Mexico showing off his work.

Typically his homes are between 100 and 400 square feet. Prices range from $25,000 to $80,000.

Many Americans say they’re turning to tiny homes because of the low environmental impact and also for financial reasons.
