Santa Fe Community Orchestra holds annual dance program

SANTA FE (KRQE) – A non-profit organization is hosting a season full of concerts and educational programs free of charge.

The Santa Fe Community Orchestra’s is starting their Let’s Dance program. The program is their annual swing and ballroom dance extravaganza.

Let’s Dance features an hour long free dance lesson, great food, cash bar, and a dance contest with cash prizes. Most importantly, this program gives the opportunity to dance to a live orchestra and a big jazz band.

The free event attracts a wide diverse audience of around 800 people of all ages.

The dance extravaganza will be on Saturday, February 27 at the Santa Fe Convention Center. The free dance lesson starts at 6 p.m.
