ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)– A retired Albuquerque couple could soon be back on the road traveling the country.

KRQE first reported this week that someone had stolen the couple’s RV from the U-Stor-It on Cutler near San Mateo.
The theft happened in late January, but Patricia Scanlon and her husband Keith Auger didn’t realize they had been ripped off until Tuesday.

The couple called KRQE today to say a tip led police to the RV at an apartment complex on Montgomery.

The tipster recognized the RV from our story.

No arrests have been made.
