ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Skype reported a user to law enforcement on Friday for uploading an image of child pornography using their service.

Detectives with the GHOST Unit identified the user as David Abrisz and located him in his home in southwest Albuquerque off Pacific Avenue. Abrisz admitted to being the Skype user and told detectives where they would find child pornography inside his home.

A search warrant revealed multiple electronic devices containing child pornography.

The registered sex offender previously spent approximately 11 years in Department of Corrections from 1986-1996 for the rape and molestation of up to five girls.

Abrisz was booked into Metropolitan Detention Center without incident for manufacturing, possession, and distribution of child pornography.
