TUESDAY: Spot snow showers continue to linger over the southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Central Mountains this morning. You’ll want to give yourself extra time for this morning’s commute as Monday’s snow has left behind icy spots on roadways. Temperatures are much colder today with most starting off the day in the teens, 20s and 30s – only warming into the 20s and 30s by late day. Additional snow showers are likely over the Northern Mountains Northeast Plains this afternoon – continuing through the overnight hours.
WEDNESDAY: A drier day across the state as more sunshine makes its way in. Afternoon temperatures will still need a couple more days to recover as most of us will top out below average.
