Lawsuit accuses Dona Ana County Treasurer of sexual harassment

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An employee has filed a lawsuit, accusing a county treasurer of sexual harassment.

The employee claims Dona Ana County Treasurer David Gutierrez offered the employee $1,000 if she would go to a hotel with him. The woman also claims Gutierrez would make inappropriate comments to her at work.

The alleged incidents happened in 2014. The woman claims she didn’t report the incidents earlier in fear of losing her job.
