Fire closes Sonic in northeast Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) A fire forced the closure of an Albuquerque Sonic restaurant.

It happened just before 1 Monday afternoon at Central and Juan Tabo.

The Albuquerque Fire Department says employees called 911 to report smoke inside the building. Firefighters quickly put out the fire, which was contained to the bathroom.
