ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Because of bonds approved in the past by voters, a 105-year-old school in Albuquerque is getting a major makeover.
Crews are currently working on Mountain View Elementary School.
It’s getting a brand new 63,000 square foot cafeteria, kitchen and new classrooms. Renovations will include a media center and a mini-gym too.
The project will cost more than $21-million and will take about two years.
