It doesn’t get much more exciting than this weather wise. We have two winter storms headed our way right around Christmas. The first storm rolls Tuesday with mountain snow on the west slopes of the northern mountains and throughout southwest Colorado. The storm could deliver 6 to 12 inches of snow to the high terrain. We will get a break Christmas day only to see a much bigger storm come in just after Christmas. The second storm looks like a major problem for travelers. Models are currently showing widespread areas of heavy snow across most of the state. Stay tuned-a lot can change but as we get closer will have updates.
