– Looking for a tasty and easy appetizer dish to put out on the table or bring to a loved one’s get together? Head chef of Cooking Studio Taos, Chris Maher, shares with us just the recipe. It’s as simple as frying up some peppers and garlic and laying them over a brick of goat cheese. Seriously, Maher gives us a step by step, with that ultimately being the end result. He says the flavors in each really complement one another. And, did you notice? The peppers are rather festive themselves aren’t they? Perfect for the holidays (still, any other time you could wow guests with this).
