Chris’ Thursday Afternoon Forecast

High pressure is going to be in control of our weather for the next few days.   That means temperatures will be on a gradual climb through the weekend.  Overnight lows will still be cold but not nearly as cold as it has been the past few mornings.  A weak storm system will graze the northern half of New Mexico on Sunday.   This could bring light accumulations of snow to our Northern Mountains with the San Juans of southwest Colorado having the best shot for snow by the second half of the weekend.Temperatures stay fairly mild through the middle of next week.  That is when some colder air will work in from the northwest.
