SANT FE (KRQE) – A man serves 10 years in prison for killing a bicyclist while driving drunk. He gets out, only to be arrested again for his 7th DWI charge.

Santa Fe Sheriff’s deputies arrested 45-year-old Tim Solano after he drove his pick-up into a parked car. He’s the same man who killed Judith Scasserra-Cinciripini one decade ago.

Solano hit her as she rode her bike on old Santa Fe Trail. He had a blood-alcohol level more than three times the limit.

Solano served 10 years of a 12-year sentence for that crime. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
