RIO PUERCO, NM (KRQE) – The FBI is asking for the public’s help catching a trio of crooks who held up a New Mexico casino early Sunday morning.
Investigators say it happened a little after 2 a.m. at the Route 66 Express in Rio Puerco. Two men with scarves covering their faces came in and held up a cashier at gunpoint.
One of those men is described as possibly Hispanic, approximately 5’5″ and weighing about 130 pounds. He walked with a limp in his left leg.
The other man is described as possibly black, approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing about 180 pounds.
The men got away with an undisclosed amount of money in a four door silver Ford sedan with a spoiler on the trunk and tinted windows.
The FBI believes the woman driving that car purchased gas before driving off with the robbers. She is described as as light-skinned Hispanic or white, approximately 5’5″ tall, weighs about 160 pounds, with dark hair.
