ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – It’s that time of year again; the Nob Hill Shop and Stroll is here. The event includes shopping and food specials, entertainment and photos with Santa Claus.

This year a group of businesses are holding a scavenger hunt. The game is on the back of the Shop and Stroll booklets. Once participants collect all of the stamps they can be entered to win gift certificates. Winners will be notified by December 21.

The event begins at 4 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m.

To hold the event, Central Ave. from San Mateo Blvd. to Girard Blvd. will be closed to traffic from 3:30 p.m. to midnight.

Shuttle service

There will be a shuttle service available during the Shop and Stroll. It will operate on a loop from Monte Vista to Lomas to Washington, then turning west on Copper before joining Monte Vista again.
