Thanksgiving left overs with Chef Jan Laird

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Looking for something tasty to do with all those left overs? Chef Jan Laird has you covered. First, she shows us how to prepare a stuffed acorn squash with turkey and cranberry. Second, she prepares Shepherd’s Pie using turkey and left over vegetables. These are all ingredients you likely have sitting in your fridge right now. And as Jan points out, these are both healthier recipes and easily paired with a salad or other side dish any time during the week.
