Nuclear Museum offers fun winter day camps for students

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History will host their ‘Science is Everywhere’ Winter Day Camps this December. It will be for students, ages six through 10, during their holiday break.

Young scientists will experience the wonders of science in one-day sessions that include “In a Galaxy Far, Far Away,” “Heroes from Olympus,” “Movie Magic,” “The Toy Factory” and more. We got to see one of the things students will learn about in the “Far, Far Away” camp. Hovercrafts–can’t go wrong with that.

Classes are being offered December 21 – 23 and 28 – 30. Registration is available online.
