Albuquerque kids help the homeless

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)– Some Albuquerque Teens are collecting warm items for the homeless.

The group, called “Kidz Helping Kidz,” donates their time by making food, water, blankets, and clothing to people on the streets.

Now that it is cold, they are running out of blankets, and hope the community can help.

You can help them by bringing your old blankets to Coronado Park, at 3rd Street and I-40, starting at 8 a.m.
