‘Sinc’ hopes to fix New Mexico’s problems

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The South Valley is now home to an organization that will help nonprofits get off the ground.

The group is called “Sinc.”

The purpose is to help people bring their nonprofits to life and introduce them to other ideas.

For example, one speaker wants to establish an interpretative service for Spanish-speaking patients in New Mexico hospitals.

The man behind the movement says this is the solution to the state’s problems.

“We have been working on them in the nonprofit space, but we haven’t fixed them yet. This is a new way of building a platform that can hopefully start to move the needle on some the intense challenges in education, health care, economic development and other areas New Mexico needs to improve,” said Director Tim Nisly.
