Local organization showcases veteran’s, active military personnel’s artwork

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The 18th annual New Mexico Veteran’s Art Show kicks off today. Over 200 participants will have their works on display. New Mexico Veteran’s Art is responsible for the event.

New Mexico Veteran’s Art exists to recognize, support, and promote the talents and skills of artists who are veterans or who are serving in the active-duty military or serving in the Reserve or National Guard forces. It is also open to their spouses and partners.

The show will go on throughout the month of November. It will be at the Fine Arts Building at EXPO New Mexico (Fairgrounds) Fridays-Sundays, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.
